Customers beyond ONE TIME product sales

Marketing is not simply selling.

For most of the representatives, it is like ‘closing a sales deal is enough’. In such cases, one thinks only about a one-time target, and moves on to acquiring other customers.

Every time, people try to acquire new customers and forget about the old ones. It is easier to keep an old one than acquiring a new customer.

A wealthy consumer or other – everyone adds value some or the other ways and companies should give equal attention to both of them.
